It's a great way to start a conversation. It's actually a lot more honest than telling someone you like long walks, bike rides, camping, dancing, movies, yaddah, yaddah. I tried this angle a few weeks ago and got some very interesting responses from some very delightful men, but no magic. I had an interesting day as an extra on Disney's upcoming movie called Lemonade Mouth. For two days and for over 12 hours each day, I sat in the Kimo Theatre with hundreds of other people watching 2 teenage bands in a competition. If I wasn't in the Kimo Theatre perspiring profusely from the lights, steam for smoke and general heat, I was in the holding area ... also very warm. Met some very interesting people other extras and watched some very talented teenagers. Word is that craft services provides delicious meals for cast, crew and extras. This was not the case. Think of taking a cruise with lousy food. Most disappointing. My evening was quiet. I hugged my cat, caught up on email, checked my favorite websites and watched a DVD season 4, disc 2 of CSINY. It's past bedtime, but I find I'm still a little wound up. So, anyway, I'd like to be in a relationship. It would be fun again. I long for that feeling of wanting to be with someone special. Looking forward to the end of the day when you can talk about things over dinner or while making dinner together. You get where this is going. Okay, so I do have a slight agenda in finding a the guy with that special touch. Notice my age. 63. That means that you need to be in a comfortable range. You are not young enough to be my son, or god forbid, my grandson. Not interested, won't answer, don't bother. Another slight requirement nonsmoking.
