The word petite, as everybody knows if they have ever been in a women's clothing department, means somebody under 5'4 although she can be any girth or weight whatsoever. Now, I'm nearly 5'7 and regularly wear fourinch heels. When I wear my hair up, the end result can be over six feet tall. So I know better than to answer ads for petite women. Although I'm taller than what most men want, I'm fit and athletic in a muscular way. My eyes are green, I have a bit of an Asiatic look going on, and my hair is extremely long and light brown. I'm a mesomorph, which means my shoulders are the widest part of my body, but I have curves in the right places. The pants I'm wearing at the moment are a size 6 and I have no muffintop. My long run is up to 20 miles because I'm training for a marathon, and I can bench press more than my body weight. I generally work out six to seven hours per week, sometimes more. I've got a very good job three of them, actually and an advanced technical degree. I just released a single so there are a bunch of CDs in my studio. Aside from my home mortgage and the mortgages on investment property, I'm debt free. So I support myself fairly well and I'm not having a recession right now. I never married. That's because I did what I was supposed to do and focused on my education and career while the people around me were dating and marrying. It's not that I never got involved with anyone. But I'm rather highly strung and tend to take a lot of time between serious relationships. When I'm hurting or badly wound up, I bury myself in work or in some extended creative project for a while. When I come up for air, I often find to my shock that months or years have passed. I always have something to show for the time, but a significant other is not one of them. So here I am surrounded by cool things and people, and now I want someone warm and snuggly to share it with. I have no children and will not be having any of my own.
